Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to be free from its fair share of issues either. As of now, there has been a slew of complaints lined up across various forums that whenever a user is trying to change reticles, they are being kicked out of the game and to the lobby. Be it the Kar98, AX50, SPR, or the PKM, each of these weapons is facing the same issue. Users across PC as well as on the PlayStation consoles are both bugged with this issue. With each passing day, the issue is taking a turn for the worse.
The latest news is that the players aren’t even able to customize the reticles now. Well, the good news, if you would like to call one, is that the developers have at least acknowledged this issue. So a fix might be around the corners in the coming days/weeks. Many users were able to change the reticle after going to the loadout (Blueprint) menu in the Warzone section and then accessing the desired Modern Warfare loadout from there. Some users have also suggested creating a custom loadout (Blueprint) with the desired reticle in the Warzone section and then equipping it in the Modern Warfare multiplayer section. The game has been blessed with a new update that brings in a plethora of bugs fixes. Unfortunately, there’s no mention (let alone any fix) of the reticle bug as of yet. So the wait only gets longer.
